"As a lifelong Stocktonian, I've seen the changes. You have, too. We all know how far Stockton has come. We're taking Stockton to a higher level, to a new place we've never been – one that some people still struggle to imagine. Getting there will take leadership.
I envision a safe community with educated, upwardly mobile citizens who have access to good jobs. A city building on its agricultural roots and rich cultural diversity. A city known for its economic vitality, educational opportunities, strong neighborhoods, and engaged citizens. As your mayor I will lead Stockton to these new heights."
